User Experience Consultant - London

This is a great opportunity to work in a small, dynamic company at the forefront of creating Web solutions that are usable and accessible yet also creative and visually appealing. You will be involved in conducting user research, designing interfaces, rapid prototyping, testing solutions and working across a broad range of projects.

We are looking for applicants of all levels of experience.

ABOUT US
We are a young creative agency specialising in innovative new media design and communication solutions for the public and private sector. Our clients include blue chip companies and Government Departments. We always aim to exceed our client’s expectations delivering beyond their brief and they love us for it. Almost all of our work comes from personal recommendation.

To succeed with us you will need to be passionate about user experience and prepared to champion the user throughout an entire project lifecycle. You should be keen to learn and prepared to test yourself beyond your comfort zone. You will receive extensive personal development and be given plenty of hands on responsibility, dealing directly with clients.

ABOUT YOU
You must have:
• A recognised qualification in HCI or computer science, psychology or related subject.
• A good understanding of research methods and experience of collecting both quantitative and qualitative data.
• Awareness (but preferably proven experience) of a wide range of Web 2.0 technologies
• Experience of writing detailed and compelling reports
• Proven experience of designing interfaces from initial requirements gathering through to creative wireframing and detailed functional definitions
• Excellent command of the English language, good communication skills, the desire and ability to work as part of a successful team.

And, above all, a real passion for interfaces and emerging technologies!
